The review of Little Prince

 

Little Prince was a true story about children and family. The main character of Little Prince was a man called Conor Grennan. When Conor Grennan was twenty- mine-year--old, he traded his job for a year’s long trip around the world that was not a common trip, he will being a volunteer for three months in Nepal. He arrived at a thorp name is Gou and he work for an Orphanage, they called that Little Prince Children’s house. At that time, Nepal has a civil war. So at the beginning Conor was not willing to do the volunteer, because he was not sure he can or cannot take care of the children, but he changed his mind in a period of time later.

In the Little Prince Children’s house, Conor and other volunteers take care of these children and he make a big change which he was never imagined. Conor has a good relationship with those rambunctious children, he reward child who would challenge. He realized that the children were not orphans at all, they were not abandoned by their parent. Child traffickers lied to child’s parent that they can protect child from the civil war. Conor make a huge decide that he wants to do something for children and it was not enough, he want to help children to found their parents. So he accepted locals guide’s help and started to look for children’s family. In fact, Conor was really successful. Through his help, some of children go back to their home quickly.

That was a huge task. Conor must facing the dangers of the civil war and accept all the kinds of difficult challenges. When he back to the Kathmandu, he set up Next Generation Nepal. Actually it was an organization offer helps to children who was abducted and traffic in Nepal.

It is worth mentioning that a girl name is Liz, her love children and she interested in Next Generation Nepal, she want to give children real help in Next Generation Nepal and she has enough experience to do that. In the other wards, Liz has given Conor support and power. Finally Liz became Conor’s wife and shares their lifetime with each other.

When I am finished read the whole book, I think Little Princes was not a true story to tell people how to helped children who suffer from the civil war.I can read that the potential of a man. When we coming cross the problem, we will feel fear in the normal circumstances. But goodness of humanity motivates human’s potential. Conor was changed and he willing conflict with difficult to help children. At the end, he got the children’s respect and harvested love he was never imagined.
